The available machines HP SCITEX XL 1500 5M8C, HP LATEX 3100 (2 pcs.) And HP LATEX 375 (3 pcs.) Allow work with a wide range of materials for outdoor and indoor applications, such as monomer, polymer and cast foils, coated and laminated vinyl, backlit , wallpaper and textiles.
We have a DURST Rhotex322 machine for direct printing on various types of textiles and subsequent with a process of sublimation with a calender. Print width up to 3200 mm.
In the sublimation process there are 2 separate steps – the first step of printing the image on the material and the second step by heating the ink printed directly on the textile turns from solid to gaseous state at a temperature of about 180-190 degrees, at which the textile spores open and the gaseous ink penetrates the fibers of the substrate material. After cooling, the textile spores are closed and the ink is permanently fixed in the transfer material. In this sublimation process, the seal is much more resistant to scratching and washing.
