Nearly 28 years ago when we started our production we saw the enormous impact of plastics waste on the environment.
That’s why we try to give another life to all our waste.
We developed a program for recycling. We introduced co-extrusion production in our factory and started taking back polystyrene and ABS waste from our customers to produce sheets using this technology.
The virgin material was coextruded on top and bottom of the sheet with recycled material in the middle of the sheet. This gives our customers cheap sheets with brilliant surface.
We introduced a new recycling division for sorting, grinding, purification and granulating of industrial plastic waste. At the moment we are recycling and granulating a wide range of plastics: polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, ABS and we even found a way to put PMMA waste back into use.
Recycling of plastic waste reduces costs for our customers and at the same time decreases the amount of disposed waste. Our ambition is to continue to recycle material as much as possible in order to minimize the environmental impact of the planet.
We currently have the following equipment for recycling industrial plastic waste such as pipes, packaging, funnels, buckets, pallets, crates, cassettes, injection molded parts, bags, foil and others:

5 different grinders, the largest with a rotor with a length of 1100 mm and a diameter of 600 mm and a capacity of 800 kg / hour
Shredder WEIMA WLK 15, with a rotor with a length of 1500 mm, equipped with a belt for automatic feeding of materials and a subsequent mill for additional grinding of shredded pieces.
Granulator Erema PC 756 TE, with double vacuum zone, mesh filter and capacity 90-160 kg / hour.
This small granulator gives us a big advantage – fast change of different materials or transition from color to color with minimal loss in transitions.
