    Description

The process of vacuum forming foil includes 4 steps – heating, forming, punching and stacking. This process is used to make various packaging, containers or other serial products. Special plastics or aluminum are used to make the die, then the roll material is heated to a certain temperature, which is different for different materials or their thicknesses, and with the help of vacuum the material is pulled out and takes the shape of the prefabricated die. The shaped detail is punched along the contour and stacked – ready for packaging.

Since we have 2 own lines for extrusion of various films – impact-resistant polystyrene (HIPS) and electrically conductive polystyrene, this gives us the advantage of making products in a short time and very good prices.

As an additional advantage for our customers we can add the fact that we recycle 100% of the waste when forming our own granulation line of the leading Austrian company EREMA.

For most of our projects we offer complete solutions, starting from the design of the finished product, production of molds for molding and trimming, extrusion and molding of the finished product.

We have the following machines for vacuum forming:

      • 2 automatic machines for vacuum forming and cutting of foil – ILLIG RDKP52, maximum size of forming 500x350x100 mm.

Automatic machine for vacuum forming and cutting of foil KIEFEL 72, maximum molding size 700x500x100 mm.
