Description
The process of vacuum forming involves the manufacture of a matrix, which can be produced from MDF for short series, from textolite or aluminum in medium and long series, then the sheet material is heated to a certain temperature, which is different for different materials or their thicknesses and finally, by means of a vacuum, the material is drawn out and assumes the shape of the prefabricated matrix. The finished part is cut according to the needs of customers on a circular saw or 5-axis plotter.
Since we have our own lines for extrusion of various sheets such as materials – HIPS, PMMA and ABS, colors, thicknesses or embossed structure on one side, this gives us the advantage of making products in a short time and very good prices.
As an additional advantage for our customers we can add the fact that we recycle 100% of the waste when forming our own granulation line of the leading Austrian company EREMA.
When making special logos in the field of advertising, we can offer screen or digital printing in different colors before molding.
For most of our projects we offer complete solutions, starting from the design of the finished product, production of molds for molding and trimming, extrusion of sheets, printing and molding of the finished product, to which we can add assembly, gluing stickers or making metal details.
We have various large size machines for vacuum forming for the production of various industrial parts or advertising products with or without printed logos.
With our furnace for heating thick sheets, we can bend cast acrylic sheets up to 30 mm thick, using a membrane press with a vacuum to accept the final shape of the part.
