Description
We have a pyrolysis furnace of the Dutch company PYROX, in which details with dimensions up to 1200x1400x1600 mm are processed. We superbly clean paint from old or dirty parts with powder coating, hooks for powder painting or other partially corroded parts with a special shape such as parts for extruders and syringes, old electric motors and others.
Pyrolysis is a complex process of thermal destruction, involving both decomposition reactions of the starting waste and secondary reactions in which the decomposition products participate. As a result, a mixture of vapors and gases is released from the waste, which is incinerated with a secondary burner.
The pyrolysis process is influenced by the following parameters: heating rate, temperature, pressure, catalyst used, type of reactor / boiler used
