MOUSE-PS is the company that offers high quality powder coating in Bulgaria. In our plant in Sofia we have installed a modern production line for professional powder coating of steel, galvanized products, aluminum, the equipment is manufactured by the world leader – the German Rippert Anlagentechnik GmbH, and this investment is worth 2,480,000 euros.
The powder painting process has three phases – preliminary preparation of the details, painting and finally – baking. We have a 12-stage installation designed for pre-treatment of parts – staining, degreasing and passivation with specialized chemicals from HENKEL. The passage of the machined parts during these cycles provides them with real durability – the steel parts withstand tests of 1000 hours under salt spray, and aluminum – 2000 hours.
In terms of quality and corrosion resistance of the parts painted by Mouse-PS, we can say that we are a leader in Bulgaria and the region, which is confirmed by the received international certificates Qualicoat and Qualisteelcoat.
