Description
Since 2018 it has been certified by TUF-Nord in the field of fusion welding according to ISO EN 1090-2 performance class 3 and ISO EN 3834-2 standards. The work is supervised and supervised by an international welding engineer (IWE / EWE).
For connection of aluminum profiles by angle welding joints we have welding machines of the company Fronius and we use manual TIG welding (process 141) and robotic MIG welding (process 131).
The available highly qualified personnel, pulse-arc equipment and procedures for the implementation of welding seams allow the successful performance of complex, responsible tasks. The welds are of very high quality, small area of thermal influence, without defects. Welding is performed in positions PA and PB.
In 2020, Mouse-PS Ltd. put into operation a 7-axis robot for digging MIG / MAG of the German company CLOOS. It has the following technical data:

The robot allows high repeatability of the welds with ensuring the necessary constant quality of execution with increased production capacity of the same repetitive parts. This is a prerequisite for the formation of a lower price compared to manual electric arc welding.
