Description
Mouse-PS has a CNC combined laser-punch machine, manufactured by the German company TRUMPF, model TruMatic 1000 fiber, with the largest format 3000×1500 mm.
The main function of the machine is punching and laser cutting of sheet material with a maximum punching force of 160kN and a maximum material thickness of 6 mm (recommended for series production up to 3 mm). Punching speed 180 ÷ 900 beats / min and laser power 3.0 kW.
The TruMatic 1000 fiber machine is equipped with MultiTool options, MultiBend for bending plates, threading function, Marking / Quick Raking function, integrated sorting function and brush tables.
There are no impossible tasks for us. You can count on the professionals from Mouse-PS for the production of various details, such as various machine parts, boxes, plates, as well as various facade elements for residential and other buildings, louvers and many others.

We offer combined and complex services in 3D design, cutting, bending, robotic and manual welding and powder coating of sheet materials, which facilitate the process of your work. We work on the client’s drawing, but our specialists can assist you in making such if you do not have, as well as 3D drawings of the final item.
For delivery of finished products we also have a modern installation for powder coating, manufactured by the German company RIPPERT. It is suitable for painting parts for outdoor use and is the only one in Bulgaria certified according to the international standards QUALISTEELCOAT for painting steel parts, as well as the QUALICOAT standard for painting aluminum parts.
We also have 3 guillotines for cutting sheet metal up to 4000 mm long and up to 6.0 mm thick, manufactured by Schroeder, LVD and URSVIKEN.
Additionally, for your convenience we offer other options – to work with material provided by you or selected and provided by Mouse-PS source material. You choose!
