Description
Mouse-PS Ltd. has full capabilities for MIG / MAG and TIG welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys.
Since 2018 it has been certified by TUF-Nord in the field of fusion welding according to ISO EN 1090-2 performance class 3 and ISO EN 3834-2 standards. The work is supervised and supervised by an international welding engineer (IWE / EWE).
The available welding machines and electric rods of the companies Fronius, Kempii, Struna and Varstroj for fusion welding provide possibilities for welding by methods 135 (MAG welding with solid electrode wire), 141 (TIG welding with additional solid wire or solid rod) and 111 electric arc welding). Welding is performed in both production and installation conditions in accordance with available welding procedures (WPS) while performing the necessary control by type and quantity before, during and after the completion of the welding process.
In 2020, Mouse-PS Ltd. put into operation a 7-axis robot for digging MIG / MAG of the German company CLOOS. It has the following technical data:

The robot allows high repeatability of the welds with ensuring the necessary constant quality of execution with increased production capacity of the same repetitive parts. This is a prerequisite for the formation of a lower price compared to manual electric arc welding.
