Description
Mouse-PS Ltd. has various machines for finished processing of paper and cardboard products – cutting, folding, set, creasing, insertion and sewing, thermal gluing, punching, spiral placement, lamination, varnishing, hot stamping, numbering, lamination and other additional coatings after printing such as UV full or spot varnishing, screen printing with thermal or embossed inks, glitter and other processes to achieve a different visual effect.
The cutting is done with straight printing knives, and we have knives with a length of 78 cm, 92 cm, 132 cm, 137 cm, 168 cm. They are used for cutting paper, cardboard and cardboard in a rectangular shape.
The high speed and precision of work allow the fast cutting of the printed products from the 4 sides in all possible formats. They can also cut thin plastic sheets up to 1.0 mm thick, such as PETG, APET, PVC, PC and others.
Lamination protects the printed sheet from sun exposure, moisture and dirt. At the same time, lamination makes the sheet stronger when trying to tear.
The most commonly used types of laminate are matte, glossy and satin. The process is successfully combined with other post-print effects such as selective UV varnish.
Punching of paper, cardboard and thin plastic sheets is a process of cutting or creasing with a special tool (punch) of printed sheets in non-standard contours and shapes. In this process, a die with built-in sharp steel cutting knives and other rounded creasing knives is placed on a punching machine.
We have 11 automatic and semi-automatic machines for punching up to 1000×700 mm, as well as a laminator with format 1000×700 mm and automatic sheet bending.
To give a luxurious look to the printed products, as well as to protect them from external atmospheric influences and injuries, we apply varnishing.
Varnishing can be with matt or glossy varnish, in whole or in part with emphasis on individual details in the printed sheet.
