Mouse-PS Ltd. is one of the few companies in Bulgaria that has its own printing machines with different technologies – offset printing, screen printing, digital web and digital flat printing, as well as pad printing.
Having these technologies gives us the opportunity to combine them and have the ability to produce a wide range of standard products such as posters, leaflets, leaflets, brochures, magazines, catalogs, books, notebooks, calendars, chemical heads, scratch cards, products of corrugated cardboard and other non-standard products.
Offset printing technology is performed by transferring ink from a cylinder with a printing plate to a cylinder with a rubber coating and from there to a third cylinder, which transfers the paper. We use printed circuit boards developed using CTP (computer to plate) technology. The prepared plates are mounted on the offset machine and after making the appropriate settings and applying ink, the final transfer of the image on the paper is made by means of an intermediate rubber offset cylinder.
The offset printing process uses the most popular color combination system – CMYK, but can be printed with special individual colors on the PANTONE scale.
Our offset printing department started in 1997. We currently have three four-color offset printing machines HEIDELBERG ANICOLOR SM 52, HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER SM 74, HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER SM 102, one single-color machine HEIDELBERG GTO 46 and one digital machine KONICA MINOLTA. The combination of different machines, such as format, number of colors and printing technology, complemented by a wide range of finishing processes allows us to find the optimal solution for each order.
The realization of small runs of full-color high-quality images on paper and cardboard in a short time is possible with the use of the available digital offset printing machine KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C1100 and for large runs according to the printing format we use one of the available offset machines.
The process ends to the final product through the mastered finishing operations cutting, folding, set, creasing, insertion and sewing, thermal gluing, punching, spiraling, lamination, varnishing, hot stamping, numbering and more.
