When you need to produce light signs with a length of up to 3.05 meters and a height of up to 1.0 meters, this is the right solution as a combination of price / quality, but since Mouse-PS Ltd. has 3 lines for extruding acrylic sheets (PMMA), with commercial brand PLASTIGLASS, we produce sheets up to 6.05 m long and up to 2.05 m wide and this allows us to produce such light signs up to 6.05 m long without joints on the face.As faces of these advertisements we use sheets of acrylic (PMMA) with a thickness of 2.0 – 5.0 mm, which are decorated with glued translucent foil or printed full color image with digital printing on polymer foil with polymer laminate.The lighting is most often performed with LED modules with a 5-year warranty, but fluorescent lamps can also be used.Mouse-PS Ltd. has developed its own 8 different aluminum profiles, specializing in the production of light signs with flat faces, suitable for the production of one-sided and two-sided illuminated and non-illuminated advertisements. These profiles are 100 to 180 mm wide and have the ability to remove the face without disassembling the ad, which makes installation and future maintenance easy. These profiles can be anodized or powder coated in a different RAL color.When making this type of advertising, an internal bearing steel or aluminum construction is made, which is in accordance with the size of the advertisement and the place of installation – on the facade or on the roof. This construction must be powder coated in white for even distribution of light inside the advertisement.For the back of this type of advertising we use galvanized or aluminum powder coated in white or aluminum sheet type Stuko.
