Thus made, the finished product covers a 4-year warranty – 3M ™ MCS ™., But took more often we use the higher class foils 3M ™ Scotchcal ™ Translucent 3630 and 3730 with 7 one year warranty. On this type of advertisements, the vinyl faces can have a printed full-color image with digital printing, but with a print warranty of up to 1 year.
The lighting is most often performed with LED modules with a 5-year warranty, but fluorescent lamps can also be used.
3M ™ Scotchcal ™ Translucent 3730 foils in combination with 3M ™ Envision ви vinyl are special for LED backlighting and provide excellent illumination compared to all other types of vinyl and translucent foils. This combination allows to obtain the same illumination, but with a reduced by 30-40% number of LEDs and respectively reduced power consumption. Since these ads are usually large and have a high cost of electricity, the higher price of this vinyl and foil is offset in a few years by the cost of energy saved and in the long run is the best solution.
The system of aluminum profiles, which we use for illuminated advertisements with a vinyl face, allows quick and easy change of the look (face), and it is also possible to subsequently process the already made advertisement into an advertisement with another size.
During installation, the vinyl face stretches like a drum, which makes the ad look beautiful and ensures trouble-free operation in all weather conditions. The service life of the advertisements produced in this way is from 5 to 15 years.
