Vacuum forming
Mouse-PS Ltd have different machines for vacuum forming sheets and films.
We can make a product design, molds engineering and production and also to manufacture ready vacuum formed parts from PMMA, ABS, HIPS, PETG, PC sheets. These parts can be used in different industries – as advertising, automotive, machine covers, architectural, interior design and etcr. We can provide screen or digital printing on inner or outside of sheets before forming.
On our sheet machines we can form parts with sizes up to 2800x1800x600 mm.
On our sheet machines we can form parts with sizes up to 2800x1800x600 mm.
On our film machines we can form parts with sizes up to 500×350 mm, but soon also we will have possibility to vacuum form and punch trays with sizes up to 800x600x120 mm.
