The maximum size of the parts we work with is 4000x2000x600 mm. The process takes place in three basic steps: pre-conditioning, painting and baking. Our greatest advantage is the 12-stage HENKEL pre-conditioning system – degreasing, bleaching and passivation. Thanks to this system, our painted steel details withstand 1000 hours of salt mist test, and for aluminum details 2000 hours of salt mist test.
