Laser cutting

MOUSE-PS works with modern equipment for laser cutting in its two production bases and with trained teams with high qualification. Laser cutting is performed by specialized machines that direct a huge amount of light energy at a small point with a diameter of approximately about a micron. This allows extremely precise cutting or engraving with the help of a perfectly aimed laser beam. While this process is going on, the unnecessary slag is removed by various gases and therefore the material does not need further processing. The slots achieved by laser cutting are perfectly accurate and absolutely clean. The method is very suitable for cutting elements of particular complexity and because the process is fully automated, the machines have a very high productivity.

Our laser cutting machines can process a huge variety of materials:

  • all kinds of metals – steel, aluminum, copper, brass and stainless steel
  • various plastics – PMMA (acrylic), polycarbonate, PETG, APET and others
  • other materials – such as wood, sheet metal, fabric, cardboard, MDF, nonwovens and many others.

That is why there is a wide range of industries that can take advantage of the method of laser cutting – all kinds of production of tools, parts, aviation, medicine, various engineering fields, etc. The advantage is that it handles curved or profiled products of high complexity.

The equipment we have allows us to cut sheets and pipes with the following sizes:

  • metal sheets – up to dimensions 4000×2000 mm
  • plastic sheets – up to dimensions 3050×2050 mm
  • pipes – from size 12×12 mm to 100×100 mm (120×60 mm), round pipe up to Ф120 mm

If you need additional details and explanations – the teams of MOUSE-PS will find an optimal and working solution for you.
